Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using sculpt.coach. By creating an account or using the platform at my.sculpt.coach, you agree to be bound by them.

1. About the Service

sculpt.coach is a SaaS platform that enables personal trainers to manage their clients, deliver programmes, track progress, and process payments. Contact: hello@sculpt.coach

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use sculpt.coach. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@sculpt.coach if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Trainer and Client Responsibilities

Personal trainers using sculpt.coach are responsible for the accuracy of the programmes, advice, and content they provide to clients. sculpt.coach is a platform tool — we do not verify qualifications, and we are not responsible for the fitness advice delivered through the platform. Trainers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate professional qualifications and insurance.

Clients acknowledge that fitness and health programmes carry inherent risks and should consult a medical professional before beginning any training programme.

5. Fees and Payments

Free Plan: No monthly fee. A platform fee of 1.5% applies to all payments processed through the platform.

Premium Plan: £15 per month (excluding VAT where applicable). A reduced platform fee of 0.75% applies to all payments processed through the platform.

All payments are processed via Stripe. Platform fees are deducted at the point of transaction. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to amend pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
  • Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our systems or infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicence access to the platform without our written consent
  • Impersonate another person or organisation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules, without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, trademarks, and content produced by sculpt.coach remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of all content and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from within the platform or by contacting hello@sculpt.coach. If you cancel a Premium subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data. On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (including lost profits or data loss) arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you have paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the fitness or health outcomes of any training conducted through the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before they come into force.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
